Privacy policy

What we collect

  • Analytics. Aggregate page views and events via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.
  • Affiliate clicks. When you click a link to an exchange we record the exchange, the page, the CTA position, a coarse country from the edge network, a device class, campaign parameters and a random session identifier. We do not store your IP address or user-agent string, and the session identifier is discarded when you close the tab.
  • Nothing else. We have no accounts, no newsletter by default, and no forms that collect personal data.

Cookies and storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. A random session identifier is held in your browser’s session storage so a single visit’s clicks can be counted once; it never leaves your browser except attached to an anonymous click event. Analytics tools set their own cookies subject to your consent choices where consent is required.

Third parties

Clicking through to an exchange takes you to their site, where their privacy policy applies and where they will set their own cookies, including the referral cookie that attributes the signup to us.

Your rights

Because we do not hold data that identifies you, there is normally nothing to access or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, email editorial@vettedexchanges.exchange and we will respond within 30 days.
