- Exchanges and affiliate managers — we are happy to talk about programmes and data accuracy. We do not sell rankings, placements or scores, and asking will not change the answer.
- Press and data requests — our fee dataset and scoring model are available for citation with attribution.
What we cannot help with
- Account problems at an exchange — we are not affiliated with them and have no access to your account.
- Recovering lost or stolen funds. Anyone contacting you offering to do so for a fee is running a second scam on top of the first.
- Personalised investment advice.
